The famous polish reality show, Iron Majdan with celebrity power couple, Malgorzata Rozenek and Radoslaw Majdan had a South East Asian leg. It wasn’t a journey just for the couple but an adventure for us behind the wheel as well. Over a course of 15 days, we shot them travelling in a tuk tuk from the Cambodian capital of Phnom Penh to the ancient temples of Angkor Wat, a staggering 314 kms! Did we mention on a tuk tuk?!

We discovered a national park in an uninhabited, unnamed, breathtakingly beautiful Thai island, where the couple made a boat from scratch. And on top of that we arranged for the show to include one of the biggest music festival tucked in the scenic Northern Thailand mountains, where the couple rehearsed and performed with the famous Thai band, Sweet Mullet!

What the three episodes entail for the show, make up for an unforgettable lifetime experience for us.

With Mercedes, at the helm, we celebrated and honoured Kotchakorn’s life force as part of the prestigious, She’s Mercedes global campaign saluting women excelling in various fields around the world.

Traversing through diverse, jaw-droppingly beautiful landscapes in North & South of Thailand, we shot for this campaign over four days with multiple locations in the capital city of Bangkok as well, including the unbelievable Green Rooftop at Thamassat University. A smooth sailing and life changing feather in our cap.

The Skoda Topr commercial says, ‘Reliability is the way to safety’ and with the dangerous task of driving on sleet covered roads at – 18° in the Polish Tatra mountains, our reliability was put to test. For three days in the middle of freezing winter, using high end equipment including a Russian Arm, we shot methodically and safely in the national park with TOPR, the Polish Mountain Rescue team.

The icy roads and unbearable cold made the driving and shooting a mountainous feat which, the One Production team braced & aced including the longest cable camera setup in the middle of the snow-covered forest.

Often during winters in Europe, clients search for western looking locales in tropical countries and Thailand provides some of the best spots, right at the heart of Bangkok, like the park used in this commercial. And with the one of the best stunt teams in Thailand pulling the most intricate action choreography, an exceptional costume & HMU team working their magic on the historical look, the expert CG house adding the final touches, Warka became exactly as it was envisioned by the director.

And if you’re wondering, the marvelous mountains in the film are just a 2-hour drive from Bangkok.
